He is a water rat grown into a shark, acquiring much of his wealth by operating smuggling rings at international harbors. His reputation for betrayal is well known. When the Neo-Imperium, a powerful crime organization in Brazil, reached out to Coltello, he demanded a submarine to carry out the jobs they requested.
Coltello got his sub, christened it the Whetstone, and now glides through the choppy ocean waters more dangerous than ever before. The U.S. Coast Guard has been hunting him for some time as he moves illegal goods from port to port, surfacing mostly at night to make deliveries. |
