Some may have experienced a glitch that gave them a Barsuk SUV without mastering the tier.
Another glitch could cause some players to have 2 Barsuk SUVs. This glitch gives you the Barsuk SUV and counts the El Soldado Job Tier Mastered, so you can't get the El Rey Roadster, but you can then master the Baklan Job Tier and get a second Barsuk SUV. This occured around halloween, 2009.
